Ordering policies
Holiday Delivery
For orders placed after November 21st, we cannot guarantee delivery before December 24th.
Item Pricing
We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of pricing in our online catalog. Prices are subject to change. Boxed or per-card items will be priced appropriately. If there is any price discrepancy once we receive your order, we will contact you and give you the choice to cancel the order or continue.
Cancelling
You can cancel your entire order or any item in it at any time before we Process it. Use the Contact page. Similarly, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
Shipping Policies
vShipping Fee
A shipping fee applies to all orders based on their size. Although it defaults to $7, it is higher for oversize packages. We make no profit on shipping.
Timeframe
We ship your order the same day if received before 1PM EST. If any item in your order is not in stock for any reason, you will be contacted immediately so that you can make the choice to cancel the item or backorder it.
Shipping UPS Ground
Your order will ship via UPS Ground, for which you should allow 5-15 days. There is no UPS service on weekends. Signature will be required for orders over $150. There are occasions on which we must ship an order in more than one package, about which you will be notified beforehand regarding additional freight costs if any.
Tracking Your Order
UPS Tracking Numbers are given to every order placed. You can use them with UPS's website to track the progress of your order geographically. Orders can be shipped to the continental United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Return Fee
An item that is returned will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Criteria
An item can only be returned if it is completely unused. That means the item must not be worn, installed, or used in any way. All tags, stickers, and packaging must be instact and completely unblemished. We are not able to offer return service on electronic items due to their sensitive nature.

Exchange Policies
Exhange Fee
Unlike our competitors, there are no exchange fees, but you do need to pay the shipping costs.
What Can Be Exchanged?
Exchanges are only allowed for apparel items for which an alternate size is desired. All other hard parts, accessories, and gear that are sent back to Jet Medix are considered returns. Apparel can only be exchanged if it has never been worn or used in any way. All tags, stickers, and packaging must be completely unblemished.
Exchange Criteria
You may exchange an item that meets the above conditions. Contact our parts department for an RMA number and send the item to:
